Return Policy
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and MUST be originally sold by MSI-US Official Online Store. Upon receiving the item and preferring a return, conditions will apply: All returns must be shipped back the original condition. While we understand that some items are being returned because they may not work the way a customer expects it to, we do expect all items to be put back in its place. The item must be unassembled and include all accessories and hardware parts. Any alterations to the original item will automatically negate the warranty. All returns must be accompanied by all original packaging that came with the product. The original packaging is designed to keep the product safe during shipping and alterations to this or changes to it can result in damages. The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return which will be deducted from the Buyer’s final return refund. This includes orders from a free shipping listing.
Returned item(s) are subject to inspection upon arrival. Any missing or damaged components will result in an assessment and reduction to the final refund amount. We do not accept returns after 30 days of the purchase receipt date under any circumstances. In addition, please be advised that if incorrect or unrelated items are returned to us along with your purchase, we will not be responsible for these items. They will not be shipped back, and no refund or credit will be issued for them. We encourage you to carefully review your return shipment to ensure only the correct items are included.
Any alterations to the original item will automatically negate the warranty.
Promotional and Bundle-Only Items
We only allow returns/refunds on promotional items and bundles if you return all included items from your order, including the “required purchase item,” and all free accompanying “bonus” items. We do not accept returns or allow refunds for individual items in a promotional bundle.
Return Shipment Window
You must request a return within 30 calendar days of product delivery to the address on your order. Your return must be trackable within 30 calendar days of product delivery to the address on your order or 7 calendar days after an RMA is sent to you whichever gives you more time. We do not accept returns after this period under any circumstances. Once you request a return, please wait for the RMA to be sent to you before sending the item back to us.
Exchange
We do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your item. Please see our Return Policy above.
Address Correction
After order fulfillment to the address provided on the Buyer’s order invoice, we are not responsible for rerouting, reshipping or picking up the item(s) to a different address under any circumstances. Please note that this includes but is not limited to the event of a buyer changing residence and not changing the address on their buying account.
Order Arrives Damaged
We understand your time is valuable. In the unfortunate event of your order arriving damaged, please contact us by email at usstore@msi.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product and include all images of the outer box, color box, that indicate damage.
All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. And we cannot assume responsibility of any lost return shipments.

If you are using a carrier that you choose, please be sure to advise the tracking number for the package once the item is shipped. It is important for us to be able to track your return before it arrives. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for us to receive, process your return and issue a refund. You will be notified once we have processed the returned product(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total.
