Shipping Information


Free shipping is one-way unless otherwise authorized to return under policy conditions. Minimum $25 purchase to qualify for free standard ground shipping. And all orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays. Free Shipping is only for lower 48-states customers, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Permanently-inhabited Territories and Protectorates. International shipping is not available at this time.

For all orders $500 or more via FedEx, a delivery signature is required for receipt of the product and we can only deliver to the address that you have provided on your order. If signature is required, please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package. FedEx will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts to the address on your order. After 3 delivery attempts, you can contact regarding the address of the FedEx Ground Station. If the item is not picked up within a certain time, they will ship the item back to us.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping option is available on the checkout page with the shipping rate. Expedited shipping fees are based on item size, weight and the delivery destination. Shipping costs are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund.

Delivery Estimates

Once the order has been processed, all customers receive a tracking number so they can follow their package during the entire transit time. Your shipping information will display an estimated delivery date. Delivery estimates are only estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Order Fulfillment

Order processing may take 1-3 business days before being picked up by a shipping carrier. Item availability is indefinite due to the inventory being updated at the end of each business day. In the event of an item being sold out, the Buyer will be notified and provided options.

  • Order voided and purchase refunded back to the original form of payment.
  • Wait for the item to be available and order placed on back order.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after the cutoff time (2:00 P.M PST) are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders are considered fulfilled after the certified carrier has delivered the item package(s) to the address provided on the buyer invoice and a proof of delivery is available. MSI is not responsible for buyers claiming to have not received their items without proof.

P.O. Box / APO / FPO / Military Addresses

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, military addresses or freight forwarders. All purchases intended for export outside of the U.S. will be rejected.
