You must request a return within 30 calendar days of product delivery to the address
on your order. Your return must be trackable within 30 calendar days of product
delivery to the address on your order or 7 calendar days after an RMA is sent to you
whichever gives you more time. We do not accept returns after this period under any
circumstances. Once you request a return, please wait for the RMA to be sent to you
before sending the item back to us.
