Free shipping is one-way unless otherwise authorized to return under policy conditions. Minimum $25 purchase to qualify for free standard ground shipping. And all orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after the cutoff time (2:00 P.M PST) are processed and shipped the next business day.

Free Shipping is only for lower 48-states customers, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Permanently-inhabited Territories and Protectorates. International shipping is not available at this time.

For all orders $500 or more via FedEx, a delivery signature is required for receipt of the product and we can only deliver to the address that you have provided on your order. If signature is required, please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package. FedEx will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts to the address on your order. After 3 delivery attempts, you can contact regarding the address of the FedEx Ground Station. If the item is not picked up within a certain time, they will ship the item back to us.

Return Policy

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip, and MUST be originally sold by MSI-US Official Online Store

Upon receiving the item and preferring a return, conditions will apply: Item(s) must be shipped back the original condition. While we understand that some items are being returned because they may not work the way a customer expects it to, we do expect all items to be put back in its place. The item must be unassembled and include all accessories and hardware parts. Any alterations to the original item will automatically negate the warranty. All returns must be accompanied by all original packaging that came with the product. The original packaging is designed to keep the product safe during shipping and alterations to this or changes to it can result in damages. The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return which will be deducted from the Buyer’s final return refund. This includes orders from a free shipping listing.

Returned item(s) are subject to inspection upon arrival. Any missing or damaged components will result in an assessment and reduction to the final refund amount. We do not accept returns after 30 days of the purchase date under any circumstances.

Any alterations to the original item will automatically negate the warranty.

EV Charging Solutions Policy

1. Product Warranty and Country / Region of Purchase

MSI product warranty terms may differ for each region. MSI EVSE is subject to regional limited warranty terms based on where the product was purchased. Please check with your retailer where the MSI product was purchased from to verify the applicable product warranty terms. Cross regional purchases through online stores and platforms (Eg. Amazon, Newegg, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) will be subject to the limited warranty term offered in the country or region where such online retailer processes the transaction.

2. MSI General Product Warranty Policy

The information provided on this website is for information only. MSI seeks to provide accurate and timely information, nevertheless, there may be inadvertent technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors, for which we apologize. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections at any time without notice.

3. Product

MSI EVSE products are warranted for 36 months against hardware defect(s) in accordance with original manufacturer's products serial number/barcode.

This warranty does not guarantee LCD/LED 0 pixel defects. Gradual light decay or reduction in brightness over time is considered normal wear and tear. This warranty further explicitly excludes claims based on any perceived or measurable decrease in brightness over the usage period of the Product.

EVSE hardware parts including the motherboard, central processing unit, memory, liquid crystal display, Wifi, Bluetooth, LTE module, are warranted for 36 months repair service from its manufacture date in accordance with original manufacturer's product serial number/barcode.

EVSE wall mount and stand are categorized as a consumable parts and we don't provide warranty or repair service after unpack and any usage.

Software included with the EVSE, either preinstalled or included on Software CD, is warranted for 1 month from the products' manufacturing date in accordance with the original manufacturer's products serial number/barcode.

Software which is not pre-installed in the product is not covered by the product's warranty. Pre-installed software warranty shall be handled in accordance with End User License Agreement (EULA) or applicable licenses for such software. MSI assumes no responsibility for any software installed by the customer and will not be liable for any possible breakdown or damage caused by customer installed software. Customer shall directly contact the appropriate software vendor concerning such software issues.

4. Limited Warranty

MSI's warranty shall not apply, regardless of whether the product is in-warranty, or out of warranty, in the following situations:

• The product is damaged by accident, abuse, catastrophe, improper use (including failure to heed instructions or warnings), improper maintenance, inadequate packaging, neglect, misuse, operator error;
• The product is damaged by external causes, including but not limited to, corrosion, falls, environmental factors (including temperature and humidity), power failure, faulty power supply, air conditioning, operator, data communications system failure or malfunction;
• The product is damaged due to alterations, changes, modifications, repair, or other services performed by a third party that is not authorized by MSI;
• Product accessory, apparatus, attachment, or devices that are not originally bundled with the product, or is not provided by MSI;
• Damage to or loss of any data, program, or removable storage media;
• Installation, relocation, or removal of product or any accessories, apparatus, attachments or other devices;
• Normal wear and tear, including without limitation, to a product or product accessory or part that is consumable or expendable;
• The Product has not been acquired from a MSI authorized retailer or distributor; The person or party seeking warranty service is responsible for providing proof of purchase from a MSI authorized retailer or distributor. MSI will decide the adequacy of such proof of purchase in its sole discretion. In no event will MSI provide warranty service to Products that MSI reasonably believes to have been stolen from MSI or MSI's authorized retailers or distributor
• Product that is not purchased from an authorized MSI distributor or reseller, or was leased or loaned by a third party;
• Damage caused by shipping carrier;
• Hardware or software incompatibility issue(s);
• Installation, removal, and set-up service charges.
