Refurbished Return Policy
Warranty Coverage
Refurbished items come with a limited warranty of up to 180 days from the date of purchase.
For all eligible purchases, our return policy allows 30 days from the date of your invoice to initiate a return. If approved, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Some exclusions apply as outlined below. For approved returns, MSI-US Official Online Store will refund or credit the actual price you paid. Your refund or credit may be reduced by shipping costs, applicable restocking fees, or both. Any product returned to MSI-US Official Online Store without an RMA number will be considered unauthorized return. You will not receive a refund or credit for the product, and MSI-US Official Online Store will not ship the product back to you.
MSI-US Official Online Store reserves the right to deny returns in circumstances involving repeated returns, violation of the MSI Terms of Sale, or other impermissible activity.
Restocking Fees
For approved returns initiated within the time period specified in this policy, MSI-US Official Online Store will provide return shipping labels at no cost and will not charge a restocking fee if:
- The product you are returning is defective.
- You are returning a product because MSI-US Official Online Store made an error.
For all other permitted returns, MSI-US Official Online Store may charge a restocking fee of 15% of the actual price you paid for the product, excluding shipping, handling, and sales tax. Typically, any restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund or credit.

If you are using a carrier that you choose, please be sure to advise the tracking number for the package once the item is shipped. It is important for us to be able to track your return before it arrives. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for us to receive, process your return and issue a refund. You will be notified once we have processed the returned product(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total.
