Shipping

Free shipping is one-way unless otherwise authorized to return under policy conditions. Minimum $25 purchase to qualify for free standard ground shipping. And all orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after the cutoff time (2:00 P.M PST) are processed and shipped the next business day.

Free Shipping is only for lower 48-states customers, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Permanently-inhabited Territories and Protectorates. International shipping is not available at this time.

For all orders $500 or more via FedEx, a delivery signature is required for receipt of the product and we can only deliver to the address that you have provided on your order. If signature is required, please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package. FedEx will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts to the address on your order. After 3 delivery attempts, you can contact regarding the address of the FedEx Ground Station. If the item is not picked up within a certain time, they will ship the item back to us.

Return Policy

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip, and MUST be originally sold by MSI-US Official Online Store

Upon receiving the item and preferring a return, conditions will apply: Item(s) must be shipped back the original condition. While we understand that some items are being returned because they may not work the way a customer expects it to, we do expect all items to be put back in its place. The item must be unassembled and include all accessories and hardware parts. Any alterations to the original item will automatically negate the warranty. All returns must be accompanied by all original packaging that came with the product. The original packaging is designed to keep the product safe during shipping and alterations to this or changes to it can result in damages. The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return which will be deducted from the Buyer’s final return refund. This includes orders from a free shipping listing.

Returned item(s) are subject to inspection upon arrival. Any missing or damaged components will result in an assessment and reduction to the final refund amount. We do not accept returns after 30 days of the purchase date under any circumstances.

Any alterations to the original item will automatically negate the warranty.

Monitor Service Policy

In accordance with original manufacturer's products serial number/barcode, it is warranted for 24 - 36 months repair service from its manufacture date.

• Optix MPG Series: 36 months
• Oculux NXG Series: 36 months
• PS Series: 36 months
• Portable Series: 24 months
• Monitor Accessories: 36 months
  

MSI Monitor do not have 0 pixel defect warranty

DOT Policy:

• Bright Dot > 3 Dots, Bright dot gap < L >=15mm
• Dark Dot > 5 Dots

DOT Definition:

• Bright Dots: Dots appear bright and unchanged in size in, which module is displaying under BLACK pattern.
• Dark Dots: Dots appear dark and unchanged in size in, which module is displaying under pure red, green, or blue pattern.

MSI will either repair the original parts with new or reconditioned parts, or replace the unit with one which is defined by MSI technician as a fully functional equivalent model. All customer pays one-way shipping and MSI will cover the cost of return shipping back to the customer.
